- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the tough ends of the asparagus spears.

- Season with salt and black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
- Roast the asparagus in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they are tender-crisp. Set aside.
- Cauliflower Cheese with Chilli Flakes:
- Steam the cauliflower florets until they are tender.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts and forms a creamy sauce.
- Add the chili flakes, salt, and black pepper, adjusting the seasoning to your taste.
- Mix the steamed cauliflower into the cheese sauce until all the florets are coated.
To serve:
Place a rib eye steak on each plate. Spoon the mushrooms in peppered double cream sauce over the steak. Serve with a side of asparagus and cauliflower cheese with chili flakes.
